You have to complete the Custom Made Form at the web site with all the measurements requires. Keep in mind that in the case of the Boots, you should take your measurements wearing socks and pants; because that’s the way you’ll use them in the future. Do not add any centimetres or inches to the measurements that you take.
It is very important that you carefully trace and measure your feet. For a loose fit, measure loosely. For a tight fit, put the measuring tape tightly over the foot, (but not to tight). Use a cloth or plastic measuring tape, not a carpenter’s metal tape to measure. For best results when measuring your lower leg only, you should be able to slide your pinky finger under the measuring tape for the proper amount of room for the lower leg.
For best result when measuring your feet, stand up with your weight evenly distributed on both feet. Place your foot on a blank sheet of paper, and on a hard smooth surface. Be sure that your toes are somewhat spread out, as if they would be extended when you take a step. Be careful while tracing not to move your foot.
Please have someone carefully trace lines around your feet several times to darken the correct outline of your foot, and notate the exact area measurement each time until you consistently get the same measurement at the same point. We recommend making the same measurement several times to insure accuracy.
