Yes, combined payments can be made. Except for the purchase of any promotion, since the R$ for the product purchase cannot be used in supply. For example: For a purchase of U$S 100 - you can pay U$S 80 with your Credit Card and U$S 20, - remaining with your Resero Money.
How is the operating to make combined payments?

3) Once credited we will send to you an email to let you know.

6) Choose the Method of payment "Resero Money"
7) Once you finished the purchase we will send an email to you confirming the operation and approximate delivery time of selected products.
When can I use my Resero Money?
You can use the R$ at the moment you wish, once they are credited in your account.
How long the Resero Money take in crediting in my account?
The accreditation is immediate, once you confirmed the purchase operation.
How can I calculate how many Resero Money corresponds for my purchase?
In order to calculate the amount of R$ that you will receive in your next purchase; you have to make the following operation:
- Amount of your purchase X 5 /100 = R$ that will be credited.
- For example: U$S 650 100 X 10/100 = R$ 65. -
What products can I buy with the Resero Money?
You can buy any product available in our Web site. Except:
- Products that are in supply.
- Any product of the Special Offers.
What happens if did not credit the R$ of my last purchase?
You must inform to us immediately to info@elresero.com so that we evaluate the case and if they correspond, will be credited immediately in your account.
I can transfer to another person the R$?
No, the R$ is for personal and intransferible use.
It is possible to exchange the R$ by U$S?
No, this operation is not possible. The R$ are only usable for the products in our Web site.
